This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role located in Mumbai. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for researching current trends, creating innovative product designs, and developing collections that reflect the brand's identity. Key tasks include sketching designs, selecting fabrics and materials, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met. The Fashion Designer will also be involved in analyzing market demands and ensuring designs are both creative and commercially viable.

• Strong skills in Fashion Illustration, Sketching, and Concept Development
• Experience in Textile Selection, Material Sourcing, and Color Theory
• Knowledge of Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, and Fashion Forecasting
• Proficiency in Fashion Design Software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Prior experience in kids’ fashion design is highly desirable
