Factory Production Supervisor

is looking for an experienced and dedicated Factory Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Taliparamba unit. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the wooden/plywood industry and the ability to manage production efficiency, workforce coordination, and quality standards.

• Supervise daily factory production activities
• Monitor production schedules and workflow efficiency
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
• Coordinate with production staff and factory workers
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
• Maintain workplace safety and production discipline
• Ensure timely completion of production targets
• Monitor machinery handling and production processes

• 4–5 years experience in wooden/plywood industry
• Driving license mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle factory operations independently
