Fabric Manager

We're Hiring: Fabric Manager (Woven Fabrics)

Location: Gurugram, India

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Manager to join our sourcing and production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and develop woven fabrics based on buyer and production requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric mills and suppliers.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of woven fabric constructions, compositions, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
• Identify the right mills for different fabric qualities and ensure timely fabric development.
• Coordinate with mills, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards with suppliers.
• Monitor fabric quality, approvals, and bulk production timelines.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in fabric sourcing and development, with a strong focus on woven fabrics.
• Extensive knowledge of fabric mills across India.
• Strong understanding of cotton, linen, viscose, blends, and other woven fabric qualities.
• Excellent supplier network and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced export garment environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
