Position: Export Manager – FMCG

Must speak Kannada or Tamil & English since the position is based at Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand international business for FMCG products across assigned markets.
• Identify new distributors, importers, and channel partners in global markets.
• Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, logistics, shipment coordination, and compliance.
• Drive export sales targets and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.
• Participate in international trade fairs and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs, and international trade policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have experience in FMCG export business.
• Proven experience handling international markets and distributor management.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to drive business growth in overseas markets.
• Experience in categories such as food, personal care, home care, or consumer products preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Relevant experience in FMCG exports required.

Experience

• Minimum 5–12 years in FMCG export sales/business development.
