Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for an Exhibition Sales Manager. The role involves managing end-to-end sales activities for exhibitions and events. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, coordinating with stakeholders, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Exhibition Sales Manager will establish strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service to exhibitors and sponsors.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify leads, pitch proposals, and close deals
  • Event Coordination and Project Management skills to plan, oversee and execute exhibition projects effectively
  • Stall space selling
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to build relationships with clients, manage partnerships, and negotiate contracts
  • Networking and Market Analysis capabilities to connect with industry professionals and analyze market trends
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and on-site event requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in event management or sales, specifically in the exhibitions and events industry, is highly desirable
