Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive-Solar located in Dehradun. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, providing technical sales support, coordinating with the engineering team and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes and preparing regular sales reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the solar EPC industry
- Understanding of solar technology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct site visits and perform technical evaluations
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and handling sales documentation
- Customer relationship management skills
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Relevant educational background, preferably in engineering or business
CTC: ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA + Performance Incentives
