Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships across WEECE’s event portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting event solutions, and negotiating contracts with clients and partners. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while maintaining accurate records of interactions, proposals, and agreements. The Executive Sales Representative collaborates closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with event objectives, ensure client satisfaction, and support successful event delivery. Regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in networking events are expected to expand the client base and strengthen WEECE’s market presence.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in events, media, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in client-facing interactions and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop tailored sales strategies for trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining CRM records, managing pipelines, and prioritizing multiple prospects.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to changing event timelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience in sales or events may be considered.
  • Proficiency with common office and sales tools (e.g., CRM software, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience in the events, entertainment, or hospitality industry is highly desirable, along with an interest in trade shows and live experiences.
