Role Description
This full-time role as an Executive Sales Representative is an on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves actively identifying and pursuing potential clients, managing relationships, providing property-related guidance. The representative will prepare property listings, conduct market research, and facilitate negotiations to ensure successful transactions. Additionally, the individual will work collaboratively with team members and maintain a database of leads and transactions.
Salary : 10,000 + Partnership
PPO may be offered based on performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- A solid understanding of property sales and market trends
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in cold calling will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
