Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HR records.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Build positive employee relationships and address workplace concerns.
- Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
- Ensure timely salary processing with complete accuracy.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory documentation and stay updated with compliance requirements.
Performance Management
- Coordinate KRA collection and performance review processes.
- Support employee performance tracking and development initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Administration
- Maintain company assets and office facilities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, office supplies, and vendor management.
- Arrange refreshments for meetings and official events.
- Support front office and visitor management whenever required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of labour laws, PF, and ESI regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
