Basic Function

Executive-Graphic Designer

Specific Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

I. Graphic Design (Internal Communications & Print Focus)

• Design high quality internal communication materials, including global handbooks, and employee facing resources.
• Refresh and rebrand existing print collateral within Power Systems, ensuring alignment with the latest brand standards.
• Support redesign of New Hire Orientation collateral
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all internal and print materials.
• Prepare and optimize files for print production, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with vendor specifications.
  
  

II. Presentation Design

• Review and polish visually engaging and strategically structured PowerPoint presentations for internal and external events.
• Translate complex technical or organizational information into clear, compelling visual storytelling.
  
  

III. Visual Communication & Multimedia Support

• Create infographics, process visuals, diagrams, and other graphic elements that elevate clarity and communication across the organization.
• Adapt visual assets for various formats and channels (print, email, intranet, PDF toolkits, event screens, etc.).
  
  

IV. Brand & Asset Management

• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative teams to evolve brand identity.
• Manage and organize design and video assets.
• Skills & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s in Graphic/Multimedia Design (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in graphic design and video editing
• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Bonus: Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
