Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, and maintaining effective communication channels. Additionally, the role involves coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive office, and managing and prioritizing multiple duties as per workflow and organizational needs.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to facilitate smooth operations and decision-making.
- Experience with Diary Management and appointment scheduling to efficiently manage leadership calendars.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Expense Reports to assist with cost tracking and reimbursements.
- Strong abilities in Executive Support, including communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a fast-paced executive environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA in finance and Business Administration, Management, or equivalent field preferred.
- Familiarity with financial services or advisory firms will be considered a plus.
