Java Developer

Role: Java Developer

Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to design and development of high-performance, scalable applications in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications
• Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
• Drive best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
• Review code, ensure quality, and enforce clean, maintainable architecture
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in release planning

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and system design
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle
• Familiarity with Maven / Gradle, Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading or mentoring developers in an agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
