The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring seamless daily operations. As an Executive Assistant, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications. The Executive Assistant is responsible for preparing reports, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining efficient office workflows. Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including board meetings and fundraising events.
- Coordinate and direct office services to support executives.
- Plan and execute special events, including luncheons, auctions, and donor engagement functions.
- Support strategic initiatives and project management tasks.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for board and fundraising purposes.
- Liaise with board members, donors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Conduct research and compile data for executive and board review.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Greet visitors and determine appropriate access to executives.
- Prepare agendas and arrange logistics for meetings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or board liaison roles.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting nonprofit boards or fundraising teams.
- Familiarity with donor management systems.
- Prior involvement in event planning for nonprofit organizations.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives or Chief of Staff functions.
- Ability to build effective relationships with board members and donors.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Additional certifications in nonprofit management or fundraising are a plus.
