About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Manager – Client Servicing to join our team for one of our marquee integrated accounts. The role will focus primarily on managing the brand’s social media mandate, coordinating between internal teams, and ensuring timely and top-quality deliverables across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all social media-related deliverables
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day communication and relationship management with the client and internal teams
  • Social Media Management:
  • Oversee and maintain the brand’s social media presence across all relevant platforms
  • Build and manage monthly social media calendars in line with the brand’s tone, campaign objectives, and topical opportunities
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams to conceptualize, execute, and publish content
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Lead the planning and execution of both always-on and larger campaign initiatives
  • Liaise with internal teams for timely delivery of creatives and copy as per plan
  • Work with the media team to align on media planning, buying, and reporting
  • Hygiene & Reporting:
  • Ensure all brand guidelines are followed meticulously across posts
  • Monitor daily performance, flag issues proactively, and provide performance snapshots
  • Collate inputs for monthly reports and present actionable insights to the client


Who You Are:

  • 6–7 years of experience in a digital-first advertising agency
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple timelines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with creative and media workflows
  • Bonus: Experience managing integrated campaigns with creative and media deliverables
