Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QE Lead / QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java, SQL, and Selenium to join our growing quality assurance team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of applications through robust automation and testing practices.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale applications in an Agile environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to defining quality standards and automation strategies. The role offers exposure to end-to-end testing, modern automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices.

What You Need

• Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation
• Ability to design and execute automated test strategies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• A quality-first mindset with attention to detail
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Java
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit frameworks
• Proficiency in SQL and backend data validation
• Experience in writing and executing automation test scripts
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing
• Defect tracking and management through the complete defect lifecycle
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Maven
• Exposure to REST API testing
• Experience in test strategy, planning, and standards definition
• Prior experience in mentoring or guiding junior QA members (for Lead roles)
  
  

Qualification

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
