EVENTS PRODUCER- HOSPITALITY & CULTURAL EXPERIENCES -
ABOUT SECLUDE-
Seclude Hotels Homestyle is a boutique heritage hospitality brand with properties across Shimla, Kasauli, Mussoorie, Palampur, Goa, Kerala, Hampi, and other destinations. We create immersive stays rooted in local culture, architecture, and authentic experiences.
As part of our next phase of growth, we are launching a series of signature cultural experiences beginning with Fort Unchagaon, a restored heritage fort in Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for a creative and execution-focused professional to conceptualize, build, and execute these experiences from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING-
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT-
- Conceptualize unique festivals, cultural experiences, music events, exhibitions, and destination-based programming.
- Develop event themes, formats, guest journeys, and memorable on-ground experiences.
- Create scalable event playbooks that can be replicated across Seclude properties.
ARTIST & PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT-
- Identify and onboard artists, performers, curators, speakers, and creative collaborators.
- Build relationships with sponsors, cultural organizations, tourism boards, and local communities.
- Negotiate contracts and manage external stakeholders.
EVENT PLANNING & EXECUTION-
- Coordinate production, staging, décor, sound, lighting, logistics, accommodation, and F&B.
- Lead end to end planning and execution of events across seclude properties.
- Ensure smooth event operations while maintaining Seclude's brand standards.
BUDGET & VENDOR MANAGEMENT-
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses.
- Identify and manage vendors, production partners, and service providers.
- Optimize costs without compromising guest experience.
MARKETING AND GUEST EXPERIENCE-
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Assist in ticketing, package creation, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience before, during, and after every event.
PROCESS AND GROWTH
- Develop SOPs, checklists, timelines, and documentation for future editions.
- Prepare post-event reports with key learnings and recommendations.
- Build a sustainable events framework that can be expanded across multiple Seclude destinations.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR -
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in event production, festivals, hospitality events, experiential marketing, or cultural programming.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale events from concept to execution.
- Should have strong network of artists, performers, vendors, production houses, or creative agencies.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and budgeting capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Passion for heritage, travel, culture, music, and experiential hospitality.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Seclude properties.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT -
- Experience producing music festivals, heritage events, art exhibitions, literary festivals, destination weddings, or luxury hospitality events.
- Existing relationships with artists, curators, tourism boards, sponsors, or cultural institutions.
- Experience working with heritage properties or boutique hospitality brands.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship acquisition and brand partnerships.
