About the Role

EZIT is looking for an experienced EV Charger Site Acquisition Executive to lead the expansion of our EV charging network across North India.

This role is ideal for professionals who have previously worked with an EV Charge Point Operator (CPO), EV charging OEM, renewable energy company, or EV infrastructure company and understand what makes a successful charging location.

You will be responsible for identifying high-potential commercial sites, conducting feasibility assessments, negotiating commercial terms, and closing long-term partnerships for EV charging infrastructure.

This is a field-intensive role involving regular travel, stakeholder meetings, and commercial negotiations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire high-footfall commercial locations for EV charging infrastructure.
  • Develop relationships with hotels, malls, fuel stations, office parks, hospitals, commercial complexes, residential societies, restaurants, dealerships, and highway properties.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess commercial and technical feasibility.
  • Evaluate parking availability, power infrastructure, HT/LT connection feasibility, transformer requirements, and future expansion potential.
  • Meet property owners, developers, builders, fuel station operators, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Present EZIT’s partnership models and business proposition.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close long-term site agreements.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams for technical surveys and project handover.
  • Maintain acquisition pipeline, CRM records, and achieve monthly site acquisition targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure and deployment.
  • Knowledge of AC & DC chargers, electrical load requirements, HT/LT connections, transformer sizing, DISCOM processes, and site feasibility.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.


Preferred Experience
  • 2–6 years of experience in EV Charging Infrastructure, Site Acquisition, Business Development, Renewable Energy, Commercial Real Estate, or Infrastructure Development.
  • Prior experience with an EV Charge Point Operator (CPO) or EV charging company or similar organizations will be preferred.
