Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) will work full time on-site at NeoFinity’s Gurugram location, driving new product ideas and strategic initiatives from concept to execution. The role involves identifying market opportunities in fintech and digital payments, conducting user and industry research, and developing business cases and go-to-market plans. The EiR will collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and growth teams to prototype, validate, and launch high-impact features and new offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include testing hypotheses, analyzing data, iterating on concepts, and presenting recommendations to leadership. This role is designed for entrepreneurial thinkers who enjoy building zero-to-one products and turning disruptive ideas into scalable, user-centric solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding, scaling, or leading initiatives in fintech, digital products, or startups.
• Skills in market research, customer discovery, and opportunity assessment to validate ideas and identify user needs.
• Ability to develop product strategies, business models, and go-to-market plans with clear metrics and milestones.
• Comfort working with data and analytics to evaluate experiments, measure impact, and inform decision-making.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and structured communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Background in business, engineering, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial track record is a plus.
• Passion for fintech, digital payments, and building user-centric products that challenge the status quo.
