Instead of traditional classrooms, our students build companies, work on real-world projects, and learn by living across multiple countries with some of the world’s most ambitious peers, founders, and operators.

We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) who can operate like a founder inside the organization — someone who thrives in chaos, moves fast, solves hard problems, and can independently build high-impact initiatives from scratch.

This is not a conventional role. It is designed for people who want to build, experiment, and create meaningful impact at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with founders and leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives
• Build and execute 0→1 projects across growth, student experience, partnerships, operations, community, and business development
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale systems across the Tetr ecosystem
• Launch experiments, pilot programs, and new verticals with end-to-end ownership
• Collaborate with global teams, students, creators, founders, and external stakeholders
• Drive research, execution, and problem-solving across fast-moving business priorities
• Help shape the student and founder ecosystem through innovative initiatives
• Build processes that can scale globally while maintaining high-quality execution

Who You Are

• Someone with strong entrepreneurial instincts and a bias toward execution
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and solving unstructured problems
• Highly resourceful with the ability to learn quickly and adapt faster
• Strong communicator with exceptional ownership and accountability
• Able to independently manage projects and stakeholders
• Curious about startups, education, business, creator ecosystems, and Gen Z culture
• Excited by fast-paced environments where every week looks different

Preferred Background

• 1–5 years of experience in startups, founder’s office, consulting, venture capital, growth, operations, or entrepreneurship
• Experience building something independently — startup, community, project, initiative, or business
• Exposure to high-growth startup environments is strongly preferred
• International exposure or global mindset is a plus
