Swish is building a new-age food delivery and operations company focused on speed, execution, customer experience, and scale. As we expand across new markets, categories, and business opportunities, we're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to work closely with the founders to identify, build, and scale the next phase of the company's growth.

About the Role

We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to partner closely with the founders to identify, validate, and build the company's next growth opportunities. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from first principles, and wants to take ideas from concept to scale.

You'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact, 0→1 initiatives across new markets, products, business models, or strategic growth opportunities. From identifying white spaces to running rapid experiments and scaling successful ventures, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future.

This is a high-ownership role with significant autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to build and eventually own successful initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, products, customer segments, or business models that can unlock long-term growth.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to validate new opportunities.
• Design, launch, and iterate on rapid, low-cost experiments to test customer demand, business viability, and operational feasibility.
• Build business cases, including market sizing, unit economics, financial models, and implementation plans.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, growth, finance, and other teams to bring validated ideas to market.
• Track key metrics, synthesize learnings, and present recommendations to leadership to guide investment decisions.

• Have a strong bias for action and can rapidly design, launch, and iterate on experiments with limited resources in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where there isn't a predefined playbook.
• Demonstrate exceptional ownership, resourcefulness, and resilience while driving initiatives independently.
• Are excited by the challenge of building new businesses and taking ideas from concept to scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong academic background from top business schools.
• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, venture building, or high-growth startups.
