We are seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our New Delhi office. This role involves identifying innovative opportunities, driving new initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies, product ideas, and operational processes. The EIR will lead efforts to research, validate, and execute scalable business models while managing key partnerships and stakeholder relationships to ensure the alignment of projects with organizational goals.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in identifying and validating new business opportunities
• Strong background in business development, partnership management, and strategic planning
• Demonstrated skills in product innovation, project management, and operational strategy
• Experience working in technology-led environments, particularly in the insurance or healthcare domain, is a plus
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
