About the Role
The role involves working closely with ASUS channel & product management teams to develop business growth strategies aligned with Commercial business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Reports to Regional Commercial Business Head.
- Works closely with ASUS channel & product management teams to develop business growth strategies aligned with Commercial business goals and objectives.
- Translate the chosen strategy into an action plan.
- Builds and manages strong business relationships with End-users and prospects in Enterprise, SME, Education & Government sectors to facilitate business growth and enable market penetration.
- Familiar with Enterprise, SME, Education & Government tender submission processes (Pre & Post).
- Proactively identifies business opportunities to expand sales pipeline.
- Manage and lead the Commercial vertical team to accomplish desired results and achieve targets set by the management.
- Keep abreast of the industry developments and provide timely feedback/solution to the management.
- And any other responsibilities reasonably assigned.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in computer / IT industry where 5 years in a leadership role.

- Have strong business acumen, highly assertive and persuasive.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge and relationship of vertical End-users.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong team management and leadership skills and at the same time a great team player to drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to sell in a complex and dynamic situation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with the latest technology trends in the IT industry.
