About the Company

Pee Aar Industries is a footwear manufacturing company . We manufacture flip-flops, comfort footwear (OrthoRest), school shoes, and are expanding into sports shoes and sneakers. We sell across B2B, D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage and scale our:

  • Quick Commerce accounts
  • Company website (D2C)
  • Product listings, pricing & inventory
  • Online order coordination
  • Performance analytics & reporting

This is not a basic operator role — this person should think like a mini business owner.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Quick Commerce Management

  • Manage complete operations (catalog, pricing, visibility, stock planning)
  • Coordinate with warehouse & dispatch teams
  • Track daily sales, OSA (On Shelf Availability), and stock-outs
  • Handle margin tracking and promo planning
  • Ensure zero listing errors or downtime
  • Improve conversion rate and SKU performance

2️ Website Management (D2C)

  • Coordinate with website developer
  • Upload new products, images, descriptions
  • Optimize product pages for conversion
  • Manage pricing & discount strategy
  • Monitor abandoned carts and suggest improvement strategies
  • Track website traffic, CAC, conversion rate

3️ Inventory & Order Coordination

  • Coordinate with dispatch team
  • Ensure real-time stock sync between website
  • Prevent overselling or dead stock buildup
  • Maintain SKU-level weekly performance sheet

4️ Analytics & Reporting

  • Daily sales report
  • Weekly SKU performance analysis
  • Ad ROI analysis (if running ads)
  • Inventory aging report
  • Identify slow-moving SKUs and suggest action

5️ Growth Initiatives

  • Suggest new SKU launches on quick commerce
  • Improve packaging & product presentation for D2C
  • Work with marketing team for offers
  • Run A/B testing on pricing or bundles

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in:
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
  • Attention to detail
  • Ownership mindset
  • Problem solver, not excuse maker
