We're looking for an experienced MIS Head to lead our Management Information Systems function and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the MIS function and ensure timely preparation and submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales MIS reports.
  • Manage and analyze Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Stock, Collection, and Market Performance data to provide actionable business insights.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards, business analytics reports, and performance trackers using Massist and other reporting tools.
  • Monitor data accuracy, reporting integrity, and sales performance across all channels, ensuring reliable decision-making support.
  • Drive channel sales analytics by tracking sales targets, achievements, productivity, ROI, and distributor/super stockist performance.
  • Coordinate with distributors and super stockists for stock planning, inventory management, replenishment, and business performance reviews.
  • Manage end-to-end Distributor Claim Settlement processes, including validation, reconciliation, approval coordination, and timely closure of claims.
  • Monitor and administer trade schemes, promotional offers, incentive programs, cash discounts, and related commercial settlements.
  • Track inventory health, identify slow-moving and dead stock, and work with sales teams and distributors to execute stock liquidation and aging reduction plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 MIS professionals, ensuring timely report delivery, process compliance, and continuous capability development.



Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in MIS, Sales Analytics, Commercial Operations, or Business Intelligence.
  • Mandatory experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG industry.
  • Hands-on working experience with Massist (Mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of General Trade (GT) business and channel sales operations.
  • Experience in Distributor and Super Stockist Management.
  • Proven expertise in Distributor Claim Settlement, Cash Discount Management, and Trade Scheme administration.
  • Experience in Dead Stock Management and Inventory Analysis.
  • Team handling experience of at least 45 members.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Lookup Functions, Dashboards, Data Analysis, Power Query preferred).
