This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat for an Ecommerce Coordinator. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing online sales platforms, ensuring products are accurately listed and updated. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, addressing customer inquiries, analyzing sales performance, and contributing to the development of e-commerce strategies. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience and ensure effective customer service.

• Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and platform management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and identify trends
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for resolving inquiries and engaging with customers
• Experience in sales strategies and support to drive business growth
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Proficiency in basic digital tools and platforms
• Previous experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
