Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager/Front Office Supervisor at The Ten Goa, located in Bardez. The role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring reservations, and ensuring adherence to the resort's standards of excellence in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing guest interactions and ensuring satisfaction
• Proficiency in front office operations, team supervision, and multitasking
• Problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer service excellence
• Experience in hospitality management or a related field; familiarity with boutique hotel operations is a plus
• Knowledge of reservation systems and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• A professional attitude, attention to hdetail, and excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages and local geography is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years experience in Front Office
• familiarity in PMS system
