Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage staff across various departments. Responsibilities include supervising front desk activities, handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting various teams in delivering exceptional services. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet the quality standards of the property and maintaining a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in team management, conflict resolution, and staff supervision
• Guest service expertise, including problem-solving abilities and maintaining high service standards
• Operational knowledge in front office activities and hospitality management
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and efficient workflow coordination
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a dynamic hospitality setting
• Previous experience in hotel operations, is imperative
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related discipline is preferred
