Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Female Duty Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Mumbai Andheri MIDC, located in the heart of Mumbai. This on-site role involves overseeing the daily hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. The Duty Manager will lead and coordinate with staff across departments, monitor guest feedback, and implement quality standards to maintain a superior guest experience. Additionally, the role requires handling administrative functions, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and assisting in training team members.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns effectively
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage management
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including reporting, compliance, and staff training
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position within the hospitality industry is an advantage
