Role Description

The Duty Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bikaner. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the seamless delivery of services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, monitoring facility operations, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. The role will require collaboration with various departments to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, as well as ensuring adherence to the hotel's brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations, team supervision, and guest relations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hospitality management systems and front office operations
• Understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements in hospitality settings
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in luxury or boutique hospitality is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
