- You will be responsible for managing operations and delivery of Mettl’s assessments solutions in CBT (center-based test) mode for respective clients.
- Oversee the scheduling and logistics, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and facilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources for assessment delivery.
- Train and mentor assessment delivery staff to ensure adherence to standardized procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and track the progress of assessment delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the assessment delivery process.
- Completing the post drive part of documentation and reports submission
- Finding opportunities to improvise the process.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in managing and delivering online assessments, preferably within a center-based delivery model
- Strong understanding of assessment methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interfacing with business users, excellent excel skills
- Good troubleshooting and technical skills
- Able to work independently
