Senior Executive - CBT Operations

About the role:

• You will be responsible for managing operations and delivery of Mettl’s assessments solutions in CBT (center-based test) mode for respective clients.
• Oversee the scheduling and logistics, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources for assessment delivery.
• Train and mentor assessment delivery staff to ensure adherence to standardized procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and track the progress of assessment delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the assessment delivery process.
• Completing the post drive part of documentation and reports submission
• Finding opportunities to improvise the process.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in managing and delivering online assessments, preferably within a center-based delivery model
• Strong understanding of assessment methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
