OVERVIEW

An opportunity for a professional to oversee and manage export and domestic dispatch operations at a reputed valve manufacturer & exporter in Kolkata

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration or Export Formalities & Documentation or Supply Chain Management or a related field

COMPETENCY

• Knowledge and working experience on dispatch related activities, compliances and documentation. Preferably in an industrial product manufacturing unit.
• Preference would be given to a person having above knowledge & experiences on overseas export.
• Able to properly communicate on dispatch activities both internally and externally (e.g. Export Freight Forwarders, Overseas Customers).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all activities related to the dispatch operations which includes
• Ensuring timely packing, despatch & delivery of the material to customers.
• Ensure proper and timely completion of despatch related compliances and documentation.
• Managing personnel in Domestic dispatch, Export dispatch and Packing.
• Handling & Coordination with Freight Forwarder / Transporters.

Perks and Benefits:

Approximate gross salary INR 50,000 per month, +/- based on candidates competency level.
