Position Overview

The Director of Regional Strategy is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives across assigned regions. This role partners with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, optimize regional performance, and align business objectives with local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectives

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments

Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance)

Lead regional performance tracking, reporting, and strategic planning

Support market entry strategies and localization efforts

Advise senior leadership on regional risks and opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or regional management

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Experience working across multiple regions or global markets

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Experience

Experience in financial services or digital assets
