Job Title: IT HR Executive / IT Recruiter

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferably in IT Recruitment and Freshers can also apply)

Industry: IT / Software Development


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Human Resources Generalist at Kuchoriya TechSoft. The role involves managing HR functions, including implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, driving employee engagement initiatives, and providing HR guidance to both managers and employees.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and handling HR operations
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work on-site and effecScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviewstively collaborate within a team
  • Prior experience in technology or IT services is a plus
  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support Engineers
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
  • Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding process
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR operations


Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and technical hiring

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles


Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required


Preferred:

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
