Role: Sales Manager – Real Estate

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of property consultants, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the property buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

Drive property sales and achieve assigned targets
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support business development initiatives and closures
Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to deal closure

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience in real estate sales
Strong team management & leadership abilities
Excellent client relationship management
Expertise in negotiation and deal closure
Highly target-driven sales mindset

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with CRM software
Market research & competitor analysis
Channel partner coordination

Work Timings: As per business requirements

Location: Faridabad

Travel: Yes (client meetings & site visits)

Languages Required: Hindi & Basic English
