Role Description

This role involves consulting clients in Corporate Training and People Solutions in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for client management, lead generation, project management, and has the option to conduct trainings. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. The individual will also monitor and report on sales metrics, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Experience

  • Experience in corporate training or organization development consulting is needed
  • Proven experience in lead generation, account management, sales, and customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Corporate Training design or delivery will be an advantage (not a must)


Responsibilities:

  • Help in solving Client Business problems through LSF Global's products/ services
  • Find new Clients through networking, channel referrals, and industry research
  • Nurtures existing Client relationships to support their strategic people needs
  • Completes pipeline reporting, transactions, and project management as per company systems
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Teams up with colleagues to arrange demons/ consultations with subject matter experts


The ideal candidate would be someone with an entrepreneurship mindset, who is ready to build the New Delhi market on a profit-sharing basis.
