Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Media Sales / Business Development Lead to drive new business, acquire clients, and grow Schbang’s media vertical. The ideal candidate has strong industry connections, deep understanding of media planning & buying, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for digital media campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level and marketing leadership.
  • Lead end-to-end sales pitches, presentations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft insight-led media solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging media opportunities.


Requirements

  • 4–6 years in sales/business development; 2–3 years in media networks or leading advertising agencies.
  • Strong exposure to media planning, buying, and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, proactive, target-driven, and commercially savvy.
