About Cladbe: The PropTech OS

We are not building another clunky real estate CRM. We are building Cladbe, the definitive PropTech Operating System designed to become the central nervous system of the industry.

The Indian real estate market is choked by fragmented tools, stale data, and massive operational leakage. We are eliminating the inefficiencies of legacy platforms by bridging the Builder's internal supply (The OS) with our unified distribution network (Property.new & Channel Partners).

Right now, we are operating out of our Bareilly "Sandbox" to finalize our MVP and harden our infrastructure before executing a massive commercial blitz in Delhi-NCR. We need a Backend Engineer to join our frozen Core Tech Lab and build the bulletproof infrastructure that will handle 10,000+ concurrent users during our high-hype "Flash Drop" sales events.

The Mission: Building the OS for Indian Real Estate

As a Core Backend Engineer, your code will be the "Source of Truth" for millions of dollars in real estate transactions. You will not view features in isolation; you will build the technical moats that create an indispensable, seamless experience for builders, brokers, and buyers.

When a sale closes in our CRM, it shouldn't just be a logged event—it must automatically trigger financial demand letters, verify construction invoices, and update the global inventory matrix. This seamless integration is what makes our OS the ultimate operational backbone.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the Digital Truth: Build and scale our stateless Node.js APIs that power the core business logic of the Cladbe OS.
• Command the Financial Ledger: Maintain absolute database integrity using PostgreSQL (Financial Truth) and manage our real-time Inventory Matrix with Redis.
• Engineer for Extreme Concurrency: Develop zero-latency, fail-proof concurrency checks to completely eliminate the risk of double-bookings during high-volume Flash Drops.
• Orchestrate Workflows: Build heavy-duty event-driven architectures and unified payout engines using Kafka, Hatchet, and RabbitMQ.
• Optimize for Bare Metal: Deploy and optimize services on Bare Metal Kubernetes clusters, ensuring maximum velocity and minimal resource bloat.

What We Are Looking For

• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Express/NestJS.
• Databases: PostgreSQL (with pgvector), Firebase, DragonflyDB (Caching/Locks).
• Data Structures & Graphs: Experience with graph databases (we use JanusGraph/Cassandra) is a massive plus.
• Messaging & Orchestration: Kafka (Event Bus), Hatchet + RabbitMQ (Workflow Orchestration).
• Observability: Familiarity with high-speed APM tracing using tools like SigNoz and ClickHouse.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• You have hardcore backend experience building highly scalable, distributed systems.
• You understand that a software crash during a real estate launch is catastrophic; you code for resilience.
• You are comfortable working in a lean, hyper-focused environment in Bareilly before we scale nationwide.
