Role Description Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Backend Engineer with 7+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and modern frontend technologies, along with experience in database design, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based deployments.
The candidate will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Implement secure, high-performance backend solutions
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and internal services
- Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Software Development principles
- Proficiency in working with Java and related frameworks
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division
- Experience with modern software development tools and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software development
Full Stack Development
- Develop and maintain frontend components using modern frameworks (React / Angular / Vue.js)
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create responsive and user-friendly applications
- Ensure smooth API integration between frontend and backend
Database & Data Management
- Design and optimize relational database schemas
- Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
- Perform database performance tuning and optimization
System Architure
- Participate in architecture design discussions
- Implement microservices-based architecture
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
DevOps Development
- Work with CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
