Greentech is a fast-growing premium footwear brand focused on style, comfort, and sustainability. As we continue to expand, weβre looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Service Executive to join our team in Karnal.
π Location: Karnal (On-Site Role)
πΌ Position: Customer Service Executive
π° Salary: βΉ5,000 + Attractive Commission on Sales (upto 50,000)Monthly
π Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Provide accurate product information and order support
- Convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
β Requirements:
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Able to speak clearly and professionally on customer calls
- Basic understanding of customer handling or e-commerce
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Must be very fluent in english
