Position: Expansion Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

Location: Nagpur

Industry Focus: B2B Sales / Franchise Sales / Telesales


✨ Role Overview


We are hiring a motivated Expansion Executive to manage B2B, Franchise Sales, and Telesales. All leads will be provided by the company, and your primary responsibility will be to convert these leads through calls, meetings, and presentations.


🎯 Key Responsibilities


Handle company-provided leads (no need for lead generation).


Conduct telesales calls to pitch products/services and convert leads.


Arrange and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.


Convert inbound and assigned leads into franchise or B2B sales.


Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Maintain detailed sales reports, follow-up records, and CRM updates.


✔️ Required Skills & Qualifications


1–3 years of experience in Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales.


Strong communication skills (phone & in-person).


Excellent negotiation and closing skills.


Ability to explain business models clearly to clients.


Good follow-up discipline and target-driven approach.


Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, Email).
