Experience: Up to 2 years (Freshers can apply)

Role Overview :

The Product Designer will support the creation, improvement, and execution of innovative tile and

surface design concepts. This role blends creativity with practical understanding of materials, trends,

and client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

 Develop design concepts for tiles, mosaics, and interior surface products.

 Work with the production team to ensure design feasibility and accurate execution.

 Research design trends, materials, and techniques relevant to interiors and pool aesthetics.

 Create detailed design sketches, digital layouts, and mood boards.

 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product presentations.

 Maintain documentation of design specifications and revisions.

 Assist in sample development and quality checks.

Requirements :

 Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

 Strong creative and visual sense with attention to detail.

 Ability to use design tools/software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar).

 Good understanding of colour theory, patterns, and materials.

 Strong communication and teamwork skills.

 Willingness to learn industry-specific techniques and trends.
