This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth. Key tasks include developing strategies for partnerships, negotiating agreements, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying market opportunities. The role demands collaboration with various teams to formulate sales strategies, execute go-to-market plans, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.
- Proficiency in Strategic Partnerships and Go-to-Market Strategy
- Experience in Business Development and Sales
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and act on market and partnership opportunities
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Knowledge of the design, fashion, or creative industry is an advantage
