Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executiv who can take complete ownership of our online presence — from social media growth to website traffic and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads) end-to-end

• Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns for maximum ROI

• Develop strategies to increase engagement across social media platforms

• Drive organic and paid traffic to the website

• Implement strong SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve rankings

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights

• Build and execute content strategies aligned with brand vision

• Collaborate with the content and design team for high-performing creatives

Requirements

• End to end idea of meta platforms 

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing

• Good knowledge of SEO (keyword research, backlinks, technical SEO)

• Understanding of social media growth strategies & engagement techniques

• Experience in driving website traffic and lead generation campaigns

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager

• Creative mindset with analytical thinking

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked with startups (0 → 1 journey)

• Have experience in sports, fitness, or community-driven platforms

• Can independently plan and execute growth strategies
