It is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, IIT Roorkee, ISB Hyderabad and University of Pennsylvania. GradRight is a Delaware, USA registered company with a wholly owned subsidiary in India.




Core responsibilities:

Overall management of the partner accounts:

  1. Be the single point of contact to troubleshoot any major issue with any of the Partner Accounts and escalate matters to different functions as required
  2. Maintain strong relationships with the senior leaders of the Partner Accounts
  3. Ensure timely invoicing for Partner Accounts and ensure successful renewals of all contracts on the back of exceptional delivery on targets by the Enrollment Managers and all related functions

Brand development of Partner Accounts:

  1. Help conceptualise and guide the execution of innovative campaigns for online and offline engagements (events, coffee-meetups) with the help of brand, performance and content marketing team members within GradRight (GR) and faculty, students, officers of the partner university
  2. Facilitate critical conversations around collaboration between International University Partners & domestic universities
  3. Strategise PR campaigns to promote partner accounts with the help of the PR team members and partner agencies
  4. Program Management: Creation of lead, application, admission and enrolment pipeline:
  5. Work closely with the Brands, Performance and U2U teams to ensure a strong pipeline of relevant students for each of our Partner Accounts
  6. Enforce the SLA that has to be practiced by Program Management team to conduct engagement and marketing activities that lead to students applying to partner universities

Relationship Management:

  1. Develop trusted and accountable relationships with key university stakeholders and handle partner concerns and ensure timely resolution
  2. To ensure communicating the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives and action items to internal teams and partners. Visit partners in their respective countries on a regular basis to strengthen relationships
  3. Create new business opportunities with the existing university partners by understanding their needs and crafting new solutions from products and services available within GradRight


Skills/ Requirements

  1. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence/negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders
  2. Analytics skills: Ability to build trackers, call out progress and gaps in a timely manner. Additionally, check for trends in the process
  3. Able to understand the partners’ needs in a clear and concise manner and be able to deliver partner focused solutions
  4. Proven ability to handle multiple partners and engagements with seamless delivery of the expectations and outcomes
  5. 5 to 6 years of experience in university account management roles
