About the Role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in contract/temporary staffing to manage hiring across the European market. Exposure to the US market is a plus. Strong English communication is essential, as you’ll be engaging with senior stakeholders and candidates regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract recruitment for IT/technical roles
• Source and engage IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
• Screen candidates, conduct initial evaluations, and manage rate negotiations
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with clients and candidates

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years of IT recruitment experience
• Experience hiring for the European market (US market is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and candidates
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and ATS/CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
