Experience: Freshers / Up to 6 months experience in recruitment

Eligibility: Graduates interested in HR / Talent Acquisition

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening

 • Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals

 • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates

 • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

 • Support the team in day-to-day hiring activities

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / HR
• Basic understanding of recruitment or sourcing
• Candidates with internship or up to 6 months experience in recruitment will be an advantage
