We are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager β Client Services to lead our training administration operations for global clients.

π About the Role
The NIIT Service Desk provides 24Γ7 training administration support to top organizations across EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions. The team manages and coordinates training delivery activities with delegates and vendors through phone, email, and chat, using Learning Management Systems to support global training programs.
As a Team Manager, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless training operations while maintaining service level commitments and delivering an exceptional client experience.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Manage team schedules and resource allocation to meet service level commitments
- Monitor team productivity and operational performance
- Act as the first point of escalation for process-related issues
- Conduct staffing analysis and workload management
- Schedule and manage team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one reviews
- Prepare and share daily performance and status reports
- Lead pre-shift briefings to review previous performance and plan daily activities
π Education
- Mandatory: Graduate
- Preferred: Postgraduate
π Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Experience handling UK or US customers
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage teams of 10β20 members

- 3+ years of experience in team handling
- Up to 7 years of operations experience
