Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar for a Sales Manager at Studio Red Interiors. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow the client base and achieve revenue targets. This includes identifying new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the design and project teams to align client expectations with service offerings, ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with experience in lead generation and client acquisition
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, communication strategies, and presentation design
  • Knowledge of Interior Design and Architecture concepts, including understanding design and construction processes
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities to secure and manage client partnerships
  • Team leadership and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with prior industry experience being an advantage
