YOUR TASKS

Design and develop electronic hardware components while complying with product specifications and quality guidelines
Perform troubleshooting and debugging to optimize the hardware functionality and reliability
Create prototypes and evaluate the design for compliance with measurement standards and operational requirements
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate the hardware and software systems
Prepare all relevant hardware documents including diagrams, manuals, and instructions
Conduct simulations and tests to ensure durability, efficiency, and safety under different conditions
Present design reviews and demonstrations for stakeholders
Work closely with manufacturing support teams to ensure regulatory and cost effectiveness in product design
Stay updated on recent technological advancements, latest industry trends, and competitor hardware products
Monitor and ensure the hardware systems' performance and resolve any issue that arises
Support systems' installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance
Ensure all electronic hardware developed adheres to the environmental, safety, and health regulations

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Significant experience in hardware electronics design and development, preferably in a similar industry.
Expert with electronic design automation (EDA) tools like Cadence, Mentor Graphics, etc.
Deep understanding of electronic circuits, microprocessors, and digital and analog systems.
Proficiency with hardware debugging techniques and tools, such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Strong knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design principles, and familiarity with PCB layout tools.
Experience in designing and testing complex electronics assemblies.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
Comfortable working in a team-based environment and coordinating with other departments on design, testing and problem-solving scenarios.
Knowledge of the latest industry trends, technology and standards in hardware electronics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
