Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across:
  • Email Marketing
  • WhatsApp Marketing
  • App Push Notifications
  • Create customer segmentation strategies based on:
  • Purchase behavior
  • Engagement patterns
  • Customer lifecycle stages
  • Build and manage automated customer journeys and retention flows.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as:
  • Open Rate
  • CTR
  • Conversion Rate
  • Revenue Generated
  • Customer Retention
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, messaging, and audience segments.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and performance marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Monitor customer engagement trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain CRM databases and ensure data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.


Requirements

·      2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.

·      Hands-on experience with CRM tools

·      Strong understanding of customer segmentation and automation workflows.

·      Experience in Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notification campaigns.

·      Good analytical and reporting skills.

·      Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta reporting, or ecommerce analytics is an advantage.

·      Strong communication and coordination skills

 

Preferred Skills

·       Ecommerce or retail industry experience.

·       Basic understanding of customer journey mapping.

·       Knowledge of conversion optimization and retention strategies.

·       Creative mindset with strong attention to campaign messaging and timing.
